YWAM St. Vincent and the Grenadines Rebuild Update
About a year ago in July 2024 YWAM St. Vincent and the Grendines was devastated whey Hurricane Beryl pass through the Grenadine Islands and caused significant damage to YWAM SVG and the island of Mayreau.
Since then the YWAM centre has been slowly rebuilding, with teams from around the world coming to help. They have been preparing foundations for new buildings, repairing old buildings, and are still, one year later, assisting to clear debris at their location and around the island.

In the midst of recovering from the significant damage the team has also continued with ministry. In the last few months they have run a young adults camp, a children’s summer camp, and continue to help with local projects during their regular community outreach days. They have also been been working to distribute clothing, cleaning items, and children’s toys to local community members.
YWAM SVG is still actively rebuilding and recovering. They are setup to host teams and individuals to help with the rebuilding and continued development of their campus. You can find out more at their web-site, ywamsvg.org, and follow their news on their Facebook page.

A Man of Hope – The Story of Sylvester

The ministry supports children by offering them resources and fostering transformation.
