Family Ministry Camps in Slovakia
One of the ministries that they run are family camps in Slovakia.
This past summer three family camps were run in Slovakia with over 470 participants, including children and their team. Each day during the camps included humour, Biblical teaching and application, small groups, personal stories, fun and sports, and outreach and service opportunities. Story here.

The Leaders of YWAM Family Ministries, Andreas and Angela Frész have been married since 1980 and have served in YWAM in 70 different nations. During that time they have been blessed with 2 children and 7 grandchildren.
It was at a Family Ministries camp 30-years ago that their marriage was saved. Since then they have built a strong marriage team, and a strong family.

Over 1000 Family Ministry Opportunities in YWAM
I had a look at the YWAM.org web-site and using the search feature I found that there are actually over 1000 different family ministry opportunities in the mission. This includes almost 350 outreaches and almost 100 different training opportunities around the world. YWAM Romania Night Life Outreach
Every year thousands of young people pass through the coastal beaches on the Black Sea in Romania. Starting this year YWAM Romania has been sending teams into the party scene on night shifts and early morning shifts, six nights a week for the months of July and August. They are connecting with people on those nights hand have led to thousands of people hearing the gospel message, many meaningful conversations, and opportunities for God to intervene in their lives as they prayed with them on the street.
There is a really encouraging testimony on the YWAM Central Europe Conversations web-site about one of these interactions with a young man and woman that was spread out of two weeks of interactions. Check it out over at ywamce.blogspot.com.

YWAM Medical Ships Australia Honoured at Buckingham Palace
Her Royal Highness Princess Anne honoured Mr Ken Mulligan, Managing Director of YWAM Medical Ships Australia, and Dr Daryl Holmes, Managing Director of 1300SMILES, were acknowledged for their service in Papua New Guinea. (PNG). They were both awarded with an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE). Ken received the award in acknowledgement for his services to the community and rural healthcare through YWAM Medical Ships.

YWAM North Cascades Moves into a Windmill
In an exciting development YWAM North Cascades have moved into a hotel in their area called “The Mill Inn”. The building is an iconic cornerstone of Downtown Lynden, and needs to be seen to be really appreciated.

YWAM St. Vincent and the Grenadines Breaks Ground
YWAM St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be breaking ground this month on the 42 acres of land gifted to them on Mayreau. They will be constructing a discipleship training school and camping grounds to accommodate families from across the globe. In addition to the institution they will also be building a soccer field for the kids on the Grenadine island.

School of Transformational Business (SOTB) at YWAM Dubai
From March 3 – 28 on Dubai YWAM will be running the School of Transformational Business.
The School of Transformational Business (SOTB) is a course, which includes 4 weeks of lecture phase and optional internship. The lecture phase covers:

It will consist of being apart of a Business and practicing difference aspects of the business from being in sales to management to involvement in seeing the financials
